To the Towers
I’m so lucky to have friends who not only want to hang out–they are up for a challenge! So when Autumn and Jeff invited us to enjoy Silent Sunday at South Mountain Park, I said sign me up! We started at the parking lot outside the park entrance and rode up to the radio towers at the top. Then we did a brunch tour to one of my favorite restaurants, St. Francis, and a place I had not tried before, Snooze AM. What a lovely Sunday with friends.
- Autumn and Trish on the way up.
- I dropped my chain. Oops.
- Made it to the towers!
- On top of the world.
- Good friends bike together.
- Over the St. Francis for refreshment.
- Bacon fig scone.
- Snooze AM for a Sweet Potato Pancake
- Juan’s Breakfast Tacos Three fresh corn or flour tortillas filled with scrambled eggs, shredded hash browns, jack cheese
- The Lower East Sider Power up with some lox style salmon, accoutrements including herbed goat cheese spread, eggplant and tomato
- Early Harvest Benny Wild mushroom and leek croquette topped with fresh asparagus, poached cage free eggs
- Tofu Scramble

It was lovely Auntie Lynn! Not quite as nice as watching the boats go by though!
